En pratique, cela signifie que nous pouvons remplir notre piscine, utiliser plus de 200 litres par jour et nous d\u00e9tendre en sachant que notre eau du robinet sera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theolivepress.es\/spain-news\/2024\/04\/25\/drinking-water-supplies-are-guaranteed-for-the-next-five-years-in-spains-andalucia-following-series-of-downpours-in-march\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ne pas \u00eatre restreint cette ann\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"drought\">S\u00e9cheresse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9cheresse est grave en Andalousie et nous pouvons voir les r\u00e9servoirs monter et descendre au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l&#039;ann\u00e9e avance. Hier, j\u2019ai march\u00e9 avec les nomades des montagnes \u00e0 travers les for\u00eats de pins et dans des territoires inexplor\u00e9s au nord de Capileira. \u00c0 environ 2300 m d\u2019altitude, je pouvais \u00e0 peine distinguer les montagnes du Rif au Maroc. Et c\u2019est aux Maures que nous devons la verdure abondante qui couvre les pentes inf\u00e9rieures de la Sierra Nevada et qui alimente les fontaines du palais de l\u2019Alhambra \u00e0 Grenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre le VIIIe et le Xe si\u00e8cle, il y a plus de 1000 ans, les Maures peupl\u00e8rent l&#039;Andalousie et la transform\u00e8rent en ce qu&#039;ils appelaient le paradis sur terre. Le probl\u00e8me est qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, les jeunes ont tendance \u00e0 quitter les villages \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un travail mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 Grenade et \u00e0 Madrid, ce qui met en p\u00e9ril les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir ce savoir-faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enter-capitalism\">Entrez dans le capitalisme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 cela, il existe des entreprises pr\u00e9datrices qui cherchent \u00e0 mettre en bouteille l&#039;eau et \u00e0 la vendre \u00e0 tout le monde, ainsi que des serres sur la c\u00f4te qui consomment des milliers de litres par jour. Ces activit\u00e9s sont encourag\u00e9es par des politiciens de droite en comp\u00e9tition pour une place au gouvernement. Les zones humides de la c\u00f4te pr\u00e8s d&#039;Almu\u00f1\u00e9car ont \u00e9t\u00e9 syst\u00e9matiquement min\u00e9es par les agriculteurs voisins qui forent pour trouver de l&#039;eau afin d&#039;alimenter les cultures d&#039;avocats, plus rentables et gourmandes en eau, au d\u00e9triment des olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"government-intervention\">Intervention du gouvernement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il semble que ce qu&#039;il faut, c&#039;est une intervention du gouvernement, \u00e0 la fois pour encourager les communaut\u00e9s locales \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 entretenir le r\u00e9seau d&#039;aquequias maures, pour emp\u00eacher les initiatives de vente d&#039;eau en bouteille et pour r\u00e9guler les serres. C&#039;est un probl\u00e8me difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre, les agriculteurs ne gagnent pas \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&#039;argent en Andalousie et on peut difficilement leur reprocher de chercher \u00e0 gagner plus d&#039;argent avec leurs terres, mais d&#039;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les serres qui s&#039;\u00e9tendent de Motril \u00e0 l&#039;est jusqu&#039;au parc national de Cabo de Gata sont une obsc\u00e9nit\u00e9 dans le paysage, \u00e9gale, voire surpassant, les horreurs de la Costa del Sol o\u00f9 des constructions apparemment anarchiques, aid\u00e9es et encourag\u00e9es par des politiciens locaux corrompus, ont d\u00e9truit le littoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"photography\">Photographie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ce voyage, j&#039;ai voyag\u00e9 l\u00e9ger ! Le Ricoh GR III x est un petit appareil photo avec un capteur APS-C et un objectif d&#039;une nettet\u00e9 f\u00e9roce.
